By downloading, installing, or using Fuelbit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of service

Fuelbit is a free mobile application that uses AI to identify food from photos and estimate nutritional values. It also provides water tracking, intermittent fasting tracking, and a virtual AI nutrition companion.

3. Accuracy disclaimer

Nutrition data provided by Fuelbit is an estimate only. It should not be used as the sole basis for medical, dietary, or clinical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition.

4. User responsibilities

You must be at least 16 years old to use Fuelbit
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must not misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose
You must not upload images that are not food photos or that violate any laws

5. Intellectual property

All content, code, design, and trademarks in Fuelbit are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. User content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the food analysis feature. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Fuelbit available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fuelbit and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on nutritional data provided.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of German courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
